Dr. Chary went to Medical School at Windsor University School of Medicine in the West Indies - St. Kitts.  Finished residency in Oak Park IL then went to fellowship in Pulm/Crit Care medicine in Shreveport, Louisiana.  Always had a fondness and interest in orthopedics, kinesiology, physical therapy and rehabilitation because it has maximal benefit and can help patients avoid dependence on pain medication.

Nicole is from Northeastern Ohio. She attended Youngstown State University where she graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. She furthered her education with a Master’s of Science in Nursing as an Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and is certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Prior to completing her master’s degree, Nicole worked in various settings as a registered nurse including Sentara Heart Hospital, Sentara Norfolk General intensive care unit and Chesapeake Regional cardiac cauterization lab.

Nicole moved to the Hampton Roads area in 2012 with her husband who is serving his country in the United States Navy. In her free time she enjoys working out, cooking, traveling and spending time with her husband and two children.

Dr. Yanira Perez was born and raised in the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. Dr. Perez completed her undergraduate studies at University of Puerto Rico and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology. At the same time, she earned an associate degree as Pharmacy Technician and after working as one for almost 8 years decided that she needed to help her patients in a better way and that is how Chiropractic found her. She moved to Marietta, GA to attend Life University where she graduated with honors and received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree.  Dr. Perez is certified in Activator Technique. She is a mother of a beautiful, smart daughter who has been raised in a chiropractic lifestyle. Dr. Perez is passionate about serving others that is why in her free time you will see her volunteering at church with her daughter and spending time with family and friends.

Growing up in Whitehall, Pennsylvania, Kaytlyn has always wanted to work in the healthcare industry. As the wife of a U.S. Navy Sailor, she moved to Chesapeake, Virginia in 2019 and became a mother to a beautiful daughter shortly after. She has her sights set on a bachelor’s degree within the field, which will enable her to further her career and provide quality medical care to the community. She can be described as ambitious, caring and customer service oriented, all of which are reflected in her work ethic. She enjoys spending her spare time around her family and friends.

Born and raised in Norfolk, Virginia with a big family of 6 sisters and 6 brothers. Ty has always loved to help others since she was young. Her long term goal in life is to be a Pediatrician. She earned her nursing assistant certificate in 2018 and has worked as a home aide nurse for a couple of months. She then pursued her medical assistant certificate at Centura College in 2020. In her free time Ty enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends.

Britney was born and raised in Virginia in the Hampton Roads area. She loves helping others and making people laugh. She is currently looking into schools for massage therapy with a goal of becoming a licensed therapist. She is outgoing and a hard worker who strives to make her patient’s feel
as comfortable as possible while in the office. Outside of work, Britney enjoys spending time with her family, playing with her dog Nova, listening to music and watching/playing sports.
